Schedule: Full-time | Varied Shifts | 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm | Acute Care Setting

Under the direction of our education department, Registered Nurse preceptors and nursing leaders, as New Graduate RN you will be supported with immense learning opportunities in a supportive setting, transitioning from academic learning to practice, hand-on experience. As a new graduate, you will spend 12-16 weeks in orientation before transitioning into a RN position. Additionally, you will be part of our state recognized quality-focused Nurse Residency program in your first year as a new nurse.

 How you'll contribute 

Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. 

  • Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. 

  • Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. 

  • Participates in discharges planning process.

What we're looking for 

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred 

  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
