Position Description

NurseCore is seeking a skilled nurse to provide scheduled visits for a young adult male in a group home setting. Care includes G-tube feedings with medications. 3 times per day, 7 days per week.

Paid Per Vist (1-hour visits):

  • RN: $50 - $55 per visit
  • LPN: $35 -$40 per visit

Visit schedule (1-hour visits)

  • Breakfast: Start time 7a or 8a
  • Lunch: Start time 12p or 1p
  • Dinner: Start time 4:30p or 5:30p

Requirements:

  • Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
  • At least one year of post-grad experience
  • Skilled with G-tube feeding
  • Current hands-on CPR certification
  • Negative TB results within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of a background check
